Freebie Find Friday #3

Okay, here is the freebie promised! It comes from Faith Sisters and is a quick page. I decided to feature a quick page this week, because I'm not going to have the time to come up with a page on my own this week... too busy!

You can get the freebie by clicking on the picture! Enjoy!

My FFF Page

Okay, I meant to get this posted earlier than today, but it didn't happen... you know how that goes. In fact, I didn't even finish it until today. Here's what I ended up doing with last week's Freebie Find Friday.

I primarily used the freebie for this page. Below is what I used!

Snow Day sampler (click HERE to find out how to get it!).
Rose knotted ribbon - from "Merry" (designs by krista), found HERE.
Love wire word - Wired Words Set 1 found on this page from freedigitalscrapbooking.com.

Thanks for looking! I'll be posting the new Freebie Find Friday in a little bit!

Esty Shop Added

Hi there! I have been kinda quiet as far as crafting goes. Haven't had a whole lot of time... just been busy with other things. I wanted to direct your attention to the side bar. Do you see it?!?! My mom and I have an etsy shop and I put some of our items on the side bar. You can visit our shop by clicking on one of the pictures! We've got other cute stuff to check out over there!

I'll be posting something craft in the next day or so. I'm still working on my page using the Freebie Find. It's a fun sampler to use! Hope to see what you've done as well! Share it by commenting!

Have a great day!

Freebie Find Friday

Okay, so here's my freebie find of the day, or the week for that matter. I know I did a freebie find last week, so I thought it would be nice to do another! I think I will make this a regular thing. I'm going to call it "Freebie Find Friday" and I'm going to try and use this freebie sometime before next Friday. Hopefully some of you will share what you do with this freebie as well! Onto the freebie... this freebie find comes from digidelights and is a sample from a kit called "Snow Day" that is being introduced. Click on the picture to go to the blog post where you can click the download button toward the end of the post.

This one looks like a lot of fun! Very wintery and nice shapes to play with. I know it seems like I'm stuck on winter, but it is that season, you know! There are so many beautiful things right now that are begging to be used that happen to be wintery... Sooooo, hope you enjoy it! I'd love to see what you do with it!

Bittersweet Freebie Page

Here's what I made with the Bittersweet freebie I told you about the other day. Click HERE to see what freebie I'm talking about.

This was a fun page to do with some old pictures I had from a family vacation back in 2005!!! It took me a little while to find a picture to go with this paper. It's a little loud and bright, so not just any picture went with it. These pictures seemed like they fit. I used the paper mainly for the background and also cut strips and pasted them onto the main background paper. I used some white zig zag stitching from another kit I had to make it look like the strips of paper were sewn together. Below is my list of supplies:

Papers - from the Bittersweet paper freebie that you can get HERE.
Blue gingham bow - from a free birthday bash freebie at Faith Sisters shop by Julie Marie. You can get it by clicking HERE.
White zig zag stitching - from My Little Ladybug kit which can be downloaded for free by clicking HERE and scrolling down to kit.
Title letters - from painted newspaper alphas by Manda J Designs. You can download the blue for free HERE.
Metal clip - from an awesome free kit called Refresh Collection at Scrap Girls. You can get it HERE.

Thanks for looking! Have a wonderful day!

Alphabet that I used for title is from a free kit called "In the Snowflake World" and can be found by visiting HERE and going to the download buttons at the bottom of the post.

Family Photo

Here's a quick page I put together of our family photo from this year.

I didn't use anything else but the free kit called "Snow Fun" by Nikki Painter. You can find this kit HERE! It was fun to use and after I added drop shadows to everything, it looked really great!

Another Page

Here's a page I did of my kids from a photo we took a few years ago up in Flagstaff.

Most of the page was made with a kit called "Sugar Plum Dreams". This kit was a lot of fun to use and has beautiful paper and elements. You can download it for free by visiting Free Digital Scrapbooking and scrolling down to the kit!

The beautiful alphabet letters are from a kit by Meredith Cardall from a treasure hunt freebie. You can get that kit HERE.

Hope you enjoyed looking! Thanks for stopping by!

My post for today...

Found this over at Faith Sisters' shop and thought I'd tell you about it! Love this paper! Just looking at it makes me want to make a page... but I can't right now because I'm getting pictures of some cute stuff ready for etsy. That's more important at the moment! Anyway, my post for today is a link to a freebie. You do have to make an account at FS to download the freebie, but for the price, why not?!?! Hope you enjoy it! Have a great day! Just click the picture to go get the freebie!

First Post!

Hi out there! I wanted to have a place to put other crafts I work on here and there.

At the moment, I have been having some fun with digital scrapbooking. There are so many sites out there with free stuff... WOW! Anyway, wanted a place to share my digital pages and other stuff.

Here's a page I did of my kids feeding birds in our backyard. Thought it was a cute photo!

Most of the page was made using the free kit, "Life's Simple Pleasures" which you can download HERE by scrolling down and clicking on the download button for the kit.

Brads can be downloaded for free HERE at Faith Sisters.

Notebook flower from Eressea Design's Skool Skraps can be found HERE by scrolling down Skool Skraps freebie and clicking on the link.

Finally, the black zig zag stitching is from the free kit, "My Little Ladybug" that you can download by visiting HERE and scrolling down to the kit and clicking "download".

That's it! Thanks for looking and please come back!
